“The title of this book can be misleading. Upon first glance, this book appears to be a collection of raw (uncooked) food recipes. And, while I am a health conscious eater, the thought of eating a diet of completely uncooked foods has never really appealed to me. That is not what this book is about! This book is about balanced nutrition and eating a variety of foods (both cooked and uncooked). The title “RAW” refers to eating foods that are not processed or artificial. This makes sense! In my quest for wellness, I have researched hundreds of diets, for both weight loss and health related goals…and in the end…BALANCE continues to be the only answer.
